Recipes used in this video: Grain Free Peanut Butter Apple Pupcakes Modified from https://www.wyldflour.com/grain-free-apple-peanut-butter-pupcakes/ ¾ cup peanut butter (Be careful there’s no Xylitol. It’s toxic to dogs!) 4 eggs 6 tablespoons non-sweetened pure applesauce 2 tsp baking powder · Mix peanut butter and eggs well so there are no lumps. · Add in baking powder and apple sauce and mix well. · Line a baking tin with cupcake liners. · Add the mixture just below the top of the liner. The batter will rise a bit. · Bake at 350 o F. · If making regular sized pupcakes, bake 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. · If making mini-pupcakes, bake 10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Peanut Butter Pumpkin Frosting (optional): 1 cup peanut butter ½ cup pure canned pumpkin · Mix the peanut butter and pumpkin together. · You can add a bit of applesauce or extra pumpkin if you want the frosting to be a bit softer and more spreadable. · This frosting works best piped on. · You can decorate by adding a small dog treat on top or any other dog safe food such as small diced carrots, blueberries, or crushed up dog biscuits. Blueberry banana frozen yogurt treats 1.5 cups blueberries (frozen work great!) 1.5 cups low fat Greek yogurt 1 ripe banana · Mix well in food processor · Pour into molds · Freeze flat for 6 hours · Pop out of molds and store in freezer bags Celebrate your rescue dogs birthday on Dogust!
